The excerpt this week is from a Lion’s Roar webpage with an essay entitled “Toward a Revolution of Love” by bell hooks. In December 2021, the world lost another powerful voice for love and justice, the seminal thinker and writer bell hooks. hooks made historic contributions in many fields, from feminism and race to political theory and cultural criticism, but for her it always came down to the choice we face between love and domination.
