Rev. Nelle Moffett, Ph.D., spent 25 years in higher education as a strategic planner, researcher, change agent, coach, and internal consultant. She received her doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Arizona State University. She has taught Psychology courses at California State University Channel Islands. Nelle is a certified Life Coach and certified teacher of Inner Relationship Focusing. Nelle received training in communication skills from Landmark Education and the Center for Nonviolent Communication. Nelle is a long-time student of life, spirituality, philosophy and psychology.

Rev. Rick Bowers, M.A., spent twenty-six years with the Hewlett-Packard Company, primarily in Research and Development. In 2007 he left the computer industry to pursue a dream of creating peace in the world. To support that effort he obtained a Master’s Degree in Conflict Analysis and Engagement at Antioch University Midwest. He has mediated in the courts in Ventura and Los Angeles counties as well as supported families and church families working through conflict. Rick received training in communication skills from Landmark Education and the Center for Nonviolent Communication. He is currently researching insights from developmental psychology, integral psychology, and stages of faith development and, together with Nelle, writing a book on the developmental aspects, the evolving consciousness, of the spiritual journey.
