I have an interest in scripture from many traditions, and have always wondered about the many, many translations of the Bible. Why so many? How are they different? So I spent some time researching this to satisfy my curiosity. Since I spent a considerable amount of time collecting this information, I thought others might find it interesting as well. And so here it is:
